This is a very brief further update to inform you that Golf (2012) Limited has appealed the decision of the Environment Court to the High Court.
The Resource Management Act provides for an appeal on points of law. The Notice of Appeal filed on behalf of Golf (2012) states in detail the grounds for this action. Rather than attempting to paraphrase the many points of law in the Notice, it is available in full for your information on the MRAI web site (www.ourmatarangi.com).
It is expected that the Appeal will be heard in November or December of 2019 or February of 2020.
We will update you whenever there are significant developments in this case.
